Maison Margiela offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please ensure garments are returned in their original packaging to guarantee their protection during transit.

Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form; ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided with your original order over the previous delivery information on the exterior of the box.

Drop Off or Collection

Drop off your package at an authorized courier service point or schedule a complimentary home collection through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
